FEES
Individual Session Fees
My current rate for a typical 45-50 minute session is $130. I offer opportunities for reduced fees as space allows. If my fee is of concern, please contact me and we can discuss possible options.
Insurance
I currently accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO, Cigna, United HealthCare/Optum, and Aetna. I am not accepting new clients for Dell Children's Health Plan, Superior Health Plan, or Traditional Medicaid. For all other insurance plans, please read "out of Network" below.
Out of Network
If I am not in network with your insurance company, I would be happy to provide you with w "superbill" (the type of receipt an insurance company requests for reimbursement).
Some clients will receive a portion of counseling fees reimbursed to them from their insurance companies. Some clients will not receive any reimbursement and this will be dependent on your plan. Being reimbursed my full fee is rare.
HSA/FSA Cards
If you have an HSA/FSA card, I do currently accept these cards though it is your responsibility to know whether my services are covered under your HSA/FSA plan.
I accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Check, Cash, and HSA/FSA cards.
